I too am seeing the same behavior (for me, it's SQLDeveloper, an application from Oracle, that's not in my index. I haven't checked to see if others are missing.)I'm running LB 6.1.2.

I'm seeing the same issue with applications that are located in my Homebrew cellar -- Emacs being one -- and Steam apps as well.

CONTACTS and BOOKMARK index probe w 6.1.2

Besides messing up BOOKMARK entries like DUCKDUCKGO and Wikipedia. CONTACTS are not indexed at all in 6.1.2I have OS X 10.9.5

I would quit LaunchBar and delete it’s caches by deleting the folder ‘at.obdev.LaunchBar’ in /Users/your-name/Library/Caches/. Then restart LaunchBar and it will completely reindex all items.
