FYI, I see this issue only in 10.8.x, never in 10.7.x. As you do see it on 10.8as well, it confirms my suspicions that it's a 10.8-specific bug.
It doesn't prevent me to use the app as it seems to properly automatically relaunch the processes after the crashes, but it can't be a good thing either.
I sent reports about this with v3.0.1 and again with 3.0.2 but haven't really heard back anything beyond the fact that the logs had been sent to the dev (that was under v3.0.1).
In a way, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one affected by the issue. It show that it might be a more generalized issue and not some sort of a fluke limited to my machine…
