It is possible to restore from a backup.
In the meantime would you let us know the specific file(s)? Those of us preferring more precise backups would LOVE to know our rules are safe... and that we don't have to bother with a full system restoration just to get one application functioning again.

Not only that, it is handy to be able to replicate the same rules across a number of machines like work, laptop, home desktop, etc. Or, all the machines belonging to various family members. So knowing which specific file(s) to copy would be useful - even, perhaps, more so than the backup functionality. This is a topic that would be nice to have addressed in the documentation and FAQ.
