Safari connecting to mailserver in Yosemite

Since installing Yosemite I am seeing occasional random requests from Safari to connect to various mail accounts on my VPS and I note that it never wants to connect to my gmail accounts. The code signature is listed as valid and signed by Apple as you would expect for Safari.

These connection requests are for the TCP port on 2086 (gnunet) and TCP port 2082 (infowave). Little Snitch then offers to Allow/Deny for 15 minutes or forever. If I wait a few seconds the request shows as terminated but I wondered if others are seeing this behaviour and what it's all about? I understand that Safari has the ability to share web links via email but these are not the ports used by Mail to send email and blocking these requests does not stop me from sharing web links. I do note they are the ports used for access to cPanel at both root and user level.

I have never allowed these and it doesn't appear to have hindered my activities in any way but it still begs the question why this request appears every few days for various mail accounts on my server through Safari.
