Blocking Incoming Port 80

I am running mamp on my local machine for development purposes and I seem to be getting prompted every 20 seconds or sos from some ip wanting to connect to port 80, so am finding myself having to manually deny access.

I dont see any point in allowing incoming requests to port 80 and port 443 (or any port for that matter).

I have already made a rule in snitch like this:

Deny Connections
Any Server
httpd
Process Owner: Me
Port: any
Protocal: any

Anything you can see I am doing wrong here?
