Thank you but I already knew that way, I even wrote about it in my two posts. I just call it "apps switcher"!
Thanks to the support I found the other way to quit apps: search for the app you want to quit and use the send to feature. Unluckily, this is not faster than the cmd+Q shortcut with the apps switcher.
I think that with some practice it will be faster than the alfred method.
