This is mostly likely some change from DP4 to DP5 of yosemite.
I am running DP4 public with little snitch 3.4 (4205) nightly without issues.
One suggestion contact support and give as much info as possible as they will help get it sorted out. We will more than likely see a new nightly build anytime soon.
