Sometimes you want a song to stop immediately but often times this is a bit harsh and it would be much nicer if the background music fades out smoothly. This action solves that problem. If nothing is playing it will fade in.
The action is pretty smart so it won't just fade out but it will set back the original volume after its done. So you don't need to use the action to fade in again. You can though. Up to you.
