Launchbar 6 and Startup

Howdy,

I hide Launchbar from the Dock and start it at Login. Launchbar 5 would hide at Login. Launchbar 6 first shows itself before hiding. In the end they behave the same but it's a bit distracting to see it at Login and then have it hide.
