Several times I have lost all network connectivity and have to restart to restore it. Tcpdump shows activity on existing connections, but new ones fail:
I've tried disabling and reenabling the network and stopping the LS filter, neither of which made any difference. How can I diagnose what is happening?![:?:]( "Question")
