I'd like to pay for Little Snitch but obdev.at is blocked

obdev.at is blocked by every browser on my system: chrome, safari, and firefox

I don't have any experience with this happening with any other site

I don't have any idea of how to work around this (I have received dangerous site warnings from browsers for other sites but I'm still allowed a choice. I don't get a choice with obdev.at_) Am I unique in this?

I'd like to pay for my new copy of 3.3

Is there a work around?
