Thanks for a wealth of what might seem obvious information
but to me it was exactly what I needed to do. As soon as I
read this post I did go, as you said, to Rules and found a very
verbose record of the denial (via connection alert).
I still find that some (10-20%) are not able to be denied
forever from that popup window yet they are able to be
stopped 'until quit'. I find that writing down the IP/ID is
frustrating but perhaps eventually I'll have all the ones
I really do not want connecting. The miracle is that they
CAN be stopped and I thank OBDev for that.
