"Deny Forever" is not working

When I get a new window telling me foobar.cdn.livefyre.com is attempting to
access etc I will invariably click "Deny" and "Forever" (if indeed I know that I
do not want this creep on my machine) but it is not working. I have to select
"Deny" and "Until Quit" or the first window just pops immediately. This is got
to be the most frustrating thing after acquiring the software to block them.
Feeling like I am being punished for not wanting some of this crap on my
computer.

This is a universal issue that occurs no matter what site it is. I can no longer
"deny" "forever" from the popup window.
