not passing command-space to the input manager

5.3 seems to have introduced a feature where if I've typed command-space to activate LaunchBar and the hit command-space again, it changes the input source for my keyboard. I have those shortcuts (which default to command-space and option-command-space) disabled, but this happens anyway and it's driving me a bit crazy.

Could this behavior be disabled via preference?
