Strange url : blob.dm1prdstr04a.store.core.windows.net

I was hoping someone out there can provide further information for a udp connection that I keep seeing that little snitch is catching.

This is the url that tries to connect outbound through udp:

blob.dm1prdstr04a.store.core.windows.net

Has anyone else seen this with little snitch and do you have information on this type of outbound connection?
