Reminders and Fantastical

This is a bit obvious, but the integration of Reminders and Fantastical through Launchbar is gorgeous. What follow is an example.
It sounds lengthy, but takes seconds, and has lots of visual gratification too. (With Dictation thrown in for luck)



(If you do not have a Groceries list in Reminders, create one now for the purpose of the demo.)

Bring up Launchbar, and type "G R O"

If you're lucky your Reminders/Groceries list is already at the top of the Launchbar suggestions (or select manually).

Hit spacebar to bring up the entry window.

Activate Dictate and say, e.g. "eggs at 4pm today."

Hit return twice (once for dictation, once for Launchbar)

Fantastical will open showing your reminder as a reminders/grocery item in Fantastical.

Hit return to accept, (or choose to do more editing.)

And the window closes with that reassuring sound of an entry accepted.

So now you know it's in Reminders, Fantastical, and by implication Calendar too.
Now you may ask why not go directly into fantastical (or reminders) to do this? Because Launchbar has saved you the step of selecting those programs, and the extra step of selecting the groceries category, LB is always available, and I never forget its hot key.

Very satisfying integration.
