Hey, I am loving LS3 and bought the license. *Please don't punish those who have stuck by LS by making a discounted upgrade price when ML is released, that would be a slap in the face to those of us who trust obdev and want to support their work as soon as we can to keep development moving forward* Sorry I know that was totally random but I just hate when dev's screw their truly loyal customers by offering discounts later to drum up support, sorry for the completely random rant and I wouldn't expect that from obdev as they have been great to me for the 4+ years I have owned LS and LB.
ANYWAYS, Now on to my question. In LS2 when a connection alert appears, the default state would have allow any connection selected, the top most option. Now in LS3 the default state is the bottom which is the most specific, host and port. Are there plans to have an option in preferences or at least a quick plist command that can be ran to bring back the allow any connections as the default starting point for a new connection alert... I find it a bit annoying to have to click the arrow 4 times in order to get "allow any connection" which used to be the default in LS2. I am sure you(the devs) have your reason for changing this but please please please give us the option to define what the default alert looks like. If this is unclear please let me know and please let me know your thoughts on this idea. Good? Bad? Maybe? Not going to happen? Thanks! Look forward to hearing why this was changed and if there is going to be an option to revert to old behavior.
Cheers!
