Can't connect to Lan mac anymore.

I've purchased Little Snitch and created all the rules for it.
But after rebooting my mac, i couldn't connect to any other mac in my network. So, the best way was to uninstall it, but the problem persists. The internet works perfect, only the lan keeps "Connecting" forever. Let a hole day and nothing changes.
Other macs can connect to mine, i can see but can't connect them. Has anyone ever seen something like this?

How can i solve this without a full system restore?
