Help with DNScrypt and OpenDNS

I am trying to set up DNScrypt, but I am in over my head as Little Snitch 3 bombards me with notifications I don't quite understand.

Specifically, the requests are:

dig wants to connect to:
- 127.0.0.54 on UDP port 53 (domain)
- 127.0.0.55 on UDP port 4000 (terabase)
- 127.0.0.55 on UDP port 4002 (pxc-spvr-ft)
- 127.0.0.55 on UDP port 5004 (avt-profile-1)
- 127.0.0.55 on UDP port 5006 (wsm-server)
- 208.67.220.220 on UDP port 53 (domain)
- 208.67.220.123 on UDP port 53 (domain)

curl wants to connect to:

- http://www.website-unavailable.com on TCP port 80 (http)

dnscrypt-proxy wants to connect to:

- 208.67.220.123 on UDP port 443 (https)

ping6 wants to connect to:

- 2620:0:ccc::2 on UDP port 10101 (ezmeeting-2)
- 2620:0:ccc::2 on UDP port 10101 (ezmeeting-2)

Are all of these necessary to have the internet function normally? I am running OS X 10.8.2. I only visit trusted news, sports, and technology sites, check Twitter through an app, and use Apple apps like iTunes and Messages.

I really appreciate your help. I am sure that having this solved will help other Little Snitch users.

P.S. OpenDNS' IP addresses are:

- 208.67.222.222
- 208.67.220.220
- 208.67.220.123 (safe browsing)
- 2620:0:ccc::2
- 2620:0:ccd::2
