Corintin, did you try the 3901 nightly, it might solve your issue ?
I did uninstall the 3906 and reinstalled 3901 and all is well again, except the 3901 issue of having to re-register.
3901 wasn't crashing, but I still had occasional spindump reports. Not many, but a few.
3906 is much worse unfortunately.
