Shutdown hang after install

Hi,

I installed LS 3.0.2 on my Mac running 10.8.2. On shutdown it stuck on a grey screen with a spinning cog for over 5 mins so I held down the power button to power cycle it. So far it has been fine. Is this a known issue?
